With Coaches & Nutritionists

When you book a session, your name, fitness goals, and health notes are shared with the coach or nutritionist you book with. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.

With Service Providers

• Expo — push notification delivery
• Google Maps — location and maps services

All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or government authority in accordance with Indian law (IT Act 2000 and amendments).

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted via Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit

• Row-level security (RLS) so you only access your own data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls ensuring only authorized staff can access user data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
