How do I book a session with a coach?▼
Download the Chase 21 app, create your profile, browse coaches by speciality or location, and tap "Book Session" on any coach profile. You'll receive an instant confirmation via the app and email.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?▼
Yes! If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you receive a full refund. 4–24 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 4 hours: no refund. See our full Refund Policy.
What if there is a technical issue during my session?▼
If a verified technical issue on our platform prevents your session, you're eligible for a full refund or free rescheduled session. Report the issue within 2 hours via the app or by emailing support@chase21.app.
How are coaches and nutritionists verified?▼
All professionals on Chase 21 go through ID verification, certification review (NSCA, ACE, RYT, RD, etc.), and background screening before their profiles go live. Verified badges are displayed on each profile.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Go to App → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll retain access until then. No partial refunds for the current period.
Can I switch to a different coach mid-package?▼
Yes, you can transfer unused sessions to a different coach once per package. Go to My Sessions → Transfer Sessions, or contact our support team. The new coach must be available and accepting new clients.
Is my health data safe on Chase 21?▼
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your health data is only visible to you and the coaches/nutritionists you book with. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I become a coach on Chase 21?▼
Email us at coaches@chase21.app with your name, qualifications, and certifications. Our onboarding team will guide you through profile setup, verification, and going live. The process takes 2–3 business days.
